• Develop an SAP implementation project plan covering scope, timeline, budget, and resources. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes to be automated or integrated into SAP. 

• Identify project risks, including dependencies and integration complexities, and create mitigation plans. 

• Direct technical and functional teams in configuring, customizing, and testing SAP modules. 

• Ensure the chosen implementation methodology, such as ASAP (Accelerated SAP), is properly followed to optimize project effectiveness and success. 

• Manage the data migration process from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

 • Oversee project expenses to ensure the budget is utilized effectively and as planned. • Manage scope changes, developing mitigation plans for significant changes. 

• Perform quality control on project deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed specifications. 

• Supervise Go-Live activities, including final testing, cutover, and transition to the new SAP system. 

• Ensure end-users are well-trained and prepared to use the new system. 

• Manage post-implementation support to resolve issues that may arise after Go-Live and ensure system stability.
