Yes, you’ll need to create an account to apply for jobs and completed profile that you created. This allows you to track your applications and receive updates on new job opportunities. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your application is submitted. If the employer decides to move forward with your application, they will contact you for the next steps by messages in your profile that will appeared on the left side on the screen.

Yes, you can save jobs by clicking the "Bookmark" button on any job listing. These bookmarked jobs will be stored in your profile for easy access later.
